I'm Annette and I love direct sales. Really, I do!
I found direct sales starting in high school many many (did I say many) years ago. That was back in the days when Avon ladies walked with their vinyl bags door to door in the neighborhood and shared little samples and the like with their customers. I did that. It was fun!
Later, mom took me to a Mary Kay meeting after going with her to a Mary Kay party. I remember thinking, "we should do this" but we didn't. (Just think of all those pink Cadillacs I could have driven - sigh!) But I digress...
Later, I put the whole idea of direct sales on the shelf while I worked regular jobs in college and beyond and then married my sweetheart and started having babies. We knew we wanted me to be home with the kids and when the perfect direct sales business crossed my path I ignored it... and helped my best friend sign up instead! Silly me! Six months later I realized I should have signed up and I did, thankfully. I loved that business (still do) and did pretty well given the priorities we had as a family.
I really enjoyed that business but as our children grew and because we were homeschooling I was always on the lookout for a business that I could do with my kids and that's how I stumbled on my current company - and I love it.
Now, why in the world would you want to pay me to talk to you about your direct sales business? Because you need me, that's why. I've been working in and/or researching direct sales businesses now for over 25 years. During those years I've worked and interacted with consultants at all different levels of success. I've invested a ton of money and time in resources and education to help me and my direct sales teams make the most of this great industry. And when people follow my advice they find success. Does everyone's success look the same? Absolutely not. Not everyone defines success the same way. However, I can promise you that I'll give you workable ideas and help you craft a plan that will work within the priorities you have set for your business and your family.
